$1.00 Pick 4 (Race 8) Guaranteed Pool $10,000

2,4,6/1,2/6/1,5 – Cost: $12.00

$.20 Super Hi-5 (Race 13) Guaranteed Pool $10,000

3,9/3,6,9/2,3,6,9/2,3,4,6,9/ALL – Cost: $16.00

Race 8:  Bubbie Boy (4) is dropping in class this week after taking a week off for trainer Maria Rice.  He draws well towards the inside and has been known to hit the board against this group before.  Driver change to R. Wrenn Jr. is a big change.  Milliron Pete (2) didn’t get the best trip against this group last week finishing fifth, but it wasn’t a complete wasted trip either.  Tonight he draws inside and is facing a little bit easier company.  Look to strike today.  Big Game Hunter (6) is going to be battling favoritism with Bubbie Boy on the inside.  He draws a little bit tough, but was a winner against this class last time out and looked sharp doing it going wire to wire.  Expect him to hit the ticket.

Race 9: Americhi (2) trainer Brian Loney is a 15% winner when entering horses 1st off the layoff and hits the board 33% of the time.  Americhi was a very strong Open horse, but has been off almost a year.  He draws very well this week and I think we could get him at a big price.  The only question is how will he handle the year off, if Brian has him ready he will strike at a price.  Classic Gent (1) has really come around the past couple starts for trainer Ryan Angus.  The rail draw this week really plays to his advantage.  Pan Street USA (6) is up in class this week after a week off.  He was a strong winner from post 7 last time out and that race really makes a difference to me.  He should hit the board at a decent price.  Mr De Luca (4) was the horse to beat against Open company last time out.  He has some early speed to contend with.  There are a lot of good horses to the inside, that is the only concern.

Race 10:  Palmers Pride (6) looked absolutely amazing from post six last time out and that was after setting a pretty torrid pace.  Tonight he draws the same post and if he repeats that effort he will be tough to contend with.  Like Old Times (4) got into a little bit of traffic trouble last week and still managed to close home and finish 3rd.  He draws well again this week and if he can stay out of trouble he could close into a strong pace and score an upset.  Mesmerized (2) took a week off the is week after a winning effort form the rail last week.  Tonight he draws inside against a good field and should be able to hit the board against this group.  Muscolo (1) draws the rail again this week after a good closing effort last time out.  He is moving up in class and should hit the superfecta part of the ticket.

Race 11: Blake North (1) is one of the more consistent horses that is facing this group tonight and is moving up in class tonight.  Sammy Said (5) is another very consistent horse and has looked strong against this group before.  He draws a much better post this week and that should definitely play to his advantage.  He could be very tough from here, unfortunately the price won’t be that big.  Cee Pee Panic (6) is in first off the claim tonight for trainer John Oliverio.  He looked very strong from post 9 last week and draws a little bit tougher this week.  Might want to use as a value play on the exotics.  Western Fella (2) could very well be the upsetter of the race from the inside.  He has not drawn well at all recently, but he has hit the board from here before.  Watch out.

Race 13:  This is a race that you are going to want to look for some value with the guarantee.  Village Jackson (3) could very well be the price of the race and take down a big part of the pool in the high 5.  He is dropping in class this week after a tough effort from post eight.  The post draw this week definitely plays to his advantage, expect a strong effort.  All Fired Up (9) is back against this class tonight after a tough effort from post 6 last time out.  Tonight he draws the inside and has a strong ability to come from off the pace.  Four Staces (6) is another class dropper who has a big chance this week. Unfortunately, the post hurts a little bit, but he has a strong closing kick.  If the pace is contentious early, he could be flying late.  Sugarsam (2) is getting some major post relief this week drawing the inside.  He has a little bit of early speed to contend with and if he presses the pace early he should be on the board.
