Hong Kong International Races

Sunday, December 13, 2015

The Hong Kong International Races – the third richest day of racing in the world – are upon us. The “Turf World Championships” at Sha Tin Racecourse features four Group 1 races, including the Longines Hong Kong Vase, Sprint, Mile and the Cup. The races are part of a larger 10 race card that kicks off at 12:25 P.M. Hong Kong time on Sunday, which is 11:25 P.M. on Saturday night on the East Coast in the United States.

While we’re novices in handicapping Hong Kong racing, we were part of a larger group ticket formed by the HKIR Social Media team on Wednesday night that hit for nearly $36,000 (HK Dollars). So, with confidence, we’ll dive into the HKIR card and encourage you to follow along! Enjoy the races…
